Join us for planting at the Debays Slough Reserve on Saturday, April 1st.
These plants replace non-native invasive species that have been removed from the site, and will grow to provide habitat and bank stability to the river.
NOTE – This event was moved from its original date of March 25th. We will meet at the same spot, for the same amount of time, but now on April 1st.
Where: DeBay’s Slough Wildlife Area 22767 Francis Rd, Mount Vernon
When: 10am-1pm
Please dress for the weather; we will provide work gloves and tools, and boots if you need them (it can get muddy if it’s been rainy!)
Refreshments (courtesy of Haggen) will be provided!
